I'm not able to submit the form. What should I do?

  • Check for any error messages in red on the form
  • Check that all answers are within the mentioned character limit. Use this to check before submitting your answers. If your answers answers exceed the limit, the form won't allow submission.
  • Check if the PDF meets the size requirements.
  • In case the error still persists, try changing browsers or using Private Mode.

I submitted my form but did not receive an email. What should I do?

You should receive an email with your submitted form details on the email you've mentioned in the application form. In case you haven't received it even after checking your spam, please raise a query using support chat and include your name, email and application ID.

Can I submit as a group?

Yes. Please use the contact details of any one person from the group as the main applicant. Include the details of the entire group in the answers (all of them or in the 'anything else we should know' question)

I haven't received an update on my application yet. What should I do?

Please check your spam folder for any messages from us. If it has been less than 30 days since you submitted, then please wait till then. If you still don't hear back from us then please raise a query using support chat and include your name, email and application ID.
